Who you are

  • Builder and executor. You’ve owned content strategy in a fast-moving team; set direction, built systems, and kept execution on track without being told what to do.
  • Full-stack operator. You’ve created across blog, social, email, landing pages, and video, and know how to scale output with freelancers, agencies, or collaborators.
  • Positioning-driven. You know how to turn product launches into clear, confident messaging that aligns with buyer pain and go-to-market goals.
  • Brand-led, outcome-aware. You’ve built a voice that stands out in a crowded space and know content’s job is to drive trust, awareness, and revenue (not just impressions).
  • Creative with teeth. You back yourself across formats. Whether you’re a blogger or vlogger, founder ghostwriter or meme machine,  you’ll try shit out and learn from your mistakes.

About the role

As our first content hire, you’ll define how we tell our story and build the content system that drives attention, trust, and growth. Content sits across our go-to-market; from positioning and product launches to sales enablement, website and education.

Your mission: Build and run the content function from scratch. Shape our voice, tell our story and make Snitcher unignorable.

You’ll bring structure where there isn’t any, create clarity from signal, and build a function that actually moves the needle.

We’ve grown from 3 to 9 people this year, smashed our growth targets, and done it all without a proper content motion. Now it’s time.

You’ll work directly with Stef (Head of Marketing), collaborate tightly with the whole team and operate with high context and high trust.

What you'll be doing

  • Start the content engine. Define how content works at Snitcher. You’ll set the strategy, build the calendar, create workflows and turn what’s in our heads into consistent output that drives growth.
  • Turn raw inputs into standout pieces. We’ve got a lot to work with: well-known customers, #1 on G2, product demos, internal docs and most of all a product that customers love. You’ll turn this into case studies, videos, interviews, and campaigns that run consistently and actually get used.
  • Build our founder-led brand. You’ll lead content from the front—crafting our voice and helping the team do the same. Turn leadership opinions into strong posts, shape our founder presence and build the systems to make it all repeatable.
  • Own the launch narrative. You’ll partner with Stef on product marketing to shape how we tell the story of what’s shipping. From new features to roadmap updates, you’ll bring the context, hype and output that gets people excited (and following our growth journey).
  • Work like it’s 2025. You’ll bring smart AI tools and automation into our content workflows. Move fast without sacrificing quality and help the rest of the team do the same; on camera, in writing or wherever they show up.

In your first 90 days, you’ll ship foundational content, build the calendar, get founder-led content live and launch the first product narrative with Stef.

You’ll have access to our full stack (Notion, HubSpot, Figma, VEED, Webflow, N8N and whatever else you need) and support from design/dev when needed.

This role is based in Hilversum, Netherlands, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work. If you're based elsewhere in Europe, we’ll expect you to join us in person every few months to stay close to the team.

Compensation and equity offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
