As our first content hire, you’ll define how we tell our story and build the content system that drives attention, trust, and growth. Content sits across our go-to-market; from positioning and product launches to sales enablement, website and education.
Your mission: Build and run the content function from scratch. Shape our voice, tell our story and make Snitcher unignorable.
You’ll bring structure where there isn’t any, create clarity from signal, and build a function that actually moves the needle.
We’ve grown from 3 to 9 people this year, smashed our growth targets, and done it all without a proper content motion. Now it’s time.
You’ll work directly with Stef (Head of Marketing), collaborate tightly with the whole team and operate with high context and high trust.
In your first 90 days, you’ll ship foundational content, build the calendar, get founder-led content live and launch the first product narrative with Stef.
You’ll have access to our full stack (Notion, HubSpot, Figma, VEED, Webflow, N8N and whatever else you need) and support from design/dev when needed.

This role is based in Hilversum, Netherlands, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work. If you're based elsewhere in Europe, we’ll expect you to join us in person every few months to stay close to the team.
Compensation and equity offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
