You can now pick which record type Snitcher creates in Salesforce: Leads, Contacts, or both.
Select “Lead” to create Lead records for new companies. Select “Contact” to create Contacts linked to existing Accounts. Select “Both” and Snitcher creates Leads for new companies and Contacts when the company already exists as an Account.
This is useful when your team skips the Lead object entirely, or when you need visitor data landing on existing Accounts instead of creating duplicate Leads.
Bonus: your current configuration stays the same. Switch entity types anytime from Integrations → Salesforce → Entity type.
