Introducing Snitcher's new plans

Snitcher shows you which companies visit your website and who to contact there. From 1 December, you also get to choose how much of the work Snitcher does for you.

Why we’re changing our pricing

Today, Snitcher has one plan: you choose how many companies we identify each month, get every feature with it and pay monthly or annually.

That kept things simple for years, but it meant anything we built had to suit everyone and be paid for by everyone. Here’s what we realised:

Not every team uses Snitcher the same way.

Some teams look at every visit and reach out themselves. Some want Snitcher to find the right people, research the account and update the CRM before anyone looks. Others have a process of their own that no template fits. Our plans never asked which kind of team you are, only how much traffic you get.

We want you to pick what your team needs, not a one-size-fits-all plan. So the new pricing starts with one question: how does your team work?

We went through every feature with our sales, support and product teams. Here’s what came out of it:

  • What you pick: the package for how your team works and the volume for your traffic.
  • What stays the same: whichever package you pick, Snitcher finds the same companies, with the same data, at the same speed.
  • Who gets in: everyone on your team (yes, the intern too), with no seat fees on any package.

What’s in each package?

The difference between the packages is who does the work. Everything else comes with all three:

  • See who’s visiting: every company on your site and the pages they read.
  • Know the company: size, industry, location and more.
  • Find the right people: everyone who matches your buyer personas, with their email and phone number.
  • Get alerts where you work: Slack, Teams or email, when a company worth a look shows up.
  • Connect your tools: every CRM we support, our API and your AI assistant.
  • Get help: email, live chat and AI support.

Your volume is the number of companies we identify on your site each month. Repeat visits are on us, however much a company loves your pricing page.

Starter: do the work yourself

Starter is the simplest way to turn website visits into conversations. It’s made for teams who like a personal touch.

  • Decide who’s worth it: see what each company read and who there fits your buyer personas.
  • Spend credits only when you click: reveal just the emails and phone numbers you need.
  • Send it in one click: to your CRM or your outreach tool, only when you choose.

Starter covers up to 500 companies a month, so it suits smaller teams with less traffic.

Want it to run on its own? Scale adds automations, from revealing contacts to updating your CRM.

Scale: let Snitcher do it

Scale follows up on every good-fit company the moment it shows up. It’s made for teams who want the legwork done before anyone looks.

  • Reveal people automatically: the right contacts at every good-fit company, with no clicks.
  • Fill your CRM and sequences: new companies and contacts go straight in.
  • Connect the rest of your stack: Zapier, webhooks and scheduled reports for whoever needs the numbers.

Scale starts at 750 companies a month, though teams with less traffic can pick it too.

Want to score companies your own way? Pro adds that.

Pro: shape it around how you work

Pro brings your own scoring and rules into Snitcher. It’s made for teams, often with RevOps, who run fit scores, intent signals and territories in other tools today.

  • Write it once: your formula runs on every company Snitcher identifies.
  • Keep it all in one place: your scores sit right next to the visits and people they’re about.
  • Get everything in Scale: automatic reveals, CRM updates and outreach sequences.

Pro starts at 3,000 companies a month, but you can pick it with less traffic too.

Not sure which fits? From 1 December, every new account starts with a free 14-day trial of everything, so you can try all three before you pick.

What are AI and enrichment credits?

Credits get you from a company name to a conversation. Company identifications are covered by the volume on your plan, while everything after that draws from one pool of credits your whole team shares. You can spend them on two things:

Enrichment, to reach the right people:

  • Email reveals: the work email of the person you want to reach.
  • Phone reveals: a direct or mobile number, for when an email won’t do.

AI, for anything AI does for you in Snitcher. We have exciting things coming here, starting with AI research on any account.

How many credits you get depends on your plan. You can spend them yourself on any plan or let automations on Scale and Pro spend them for you.

What happens on launch day?

Starter, Scale and Pro go live on 1 December. From that day, any new customer (hopefully you) picks between the three, with us on hand to help.

What about existing customers?

You don’t have to pick a package or change a thing. As a thank-you for being with us, you get a special legacy plan that keeps your setup and every feature on it for as long as you stay on that plan.

Paying for the way you use Snitcher

We’re building Snitcher into the home of your buyer intent: every company that’s looking, every person worth talking to and every sign they’re ready to buy. The new packages are the next step. Whichever you pick, you get the same intent data, with as much of the work done for you as you want.

We don’t change our pricing often, so we took our time with this one.

Our customers tell us Snitcher is the best value in visitor identification.

They see more of the companies on their site than they did with other tools, at a lower cost per credit. The new packages keep it that way, because you pick exactly as much Snitcher as your team needs.
