The Microsoft Dynamics integration allows you to sync identified website visitors directly to your Dynamics 365 CRM. Create leads, update accounts, and leverage website intent data in your sales processes.
How it works
- Snitcher identifies companies visiting your website
- Visitor data is matched against existing Dynamics records

Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations in Snitcher
- Click Connect next to Microsoft Dynamics
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize
- Configure your field mappings
- Set up sync filters
